SNOWJOB

“Snowjob” is the perfect song to get you in the holiday spirit. We can only hope somewhere, someday there is a man with a snow plow or snow-blower listening to this song. If you know a guy who has a snow-job, this is for him.
The song was originally written when Murray was working with Mark Hoppus from Blink-182. They never had a chance to shoot a video for it so Stuckey & Murray went ahead and finished it with the help of our friend Roger Hailes. The lovely and talented Nina Mozes popped by our studio and recorded some incredible flute. That’s right, you heard me. We have a flautist, and she’s hot. Hot flute!

RUNNING OUT OF THINGS

We channeled our inner 14-year-olds when we wrote “Running Out of Things” back in 2008. After realizing we already had songs about banging unicorns, grandmothers, and each other, where else was there to go? This song answers that question.

Murray hones his James Taylor voice at the beginning of the song. We think it’s the best way to kick off a collection of filthy material. We recorded this tune so we wouldn’t have to talk about it anymore. We find that to be a healthy way to make music. “If you don’t shut up about this song we’re going to have to record it. “- Stuckey & Murray

That’s New Jersey’s own James Dalton playing harmonica. Though he’s from the Garden State, we met in 2007 in Edinburgh, Scotland at the Fringe Festival. For those of you who aren’t musically educated, he’s what industry folks call “ba-dass”.
